PROBLEM

Data_is_fragmented.png

PRODUCT DATA is FRAGMENTED

Many stakeholders own pieces of information, no single stakeholder has all the information. Alice knows the recipe of a material, Bob knows the bill of materials of a part, Charly knowns the list of parts of an assembly, et cetera.

Value_chain_is_a_chain.png

SUPPLY CHAIN IS A SECRET

The exact shape and network of supply chains are often not transparent and even kept secret, for it is complex and secrecy benefits middlemen.

Required_data_is_unknown.png

REQUIRED DATA is UNKNOWN

It is often not known what information is required precisely, as the final destination of materials are subject to a dynamic environment and future innovations/criteria in reverse logistics are unknown.

Centralisation_is_unwanted.png

CENTRALISATION IS UNWANTED

Stakeholders are not keen on openly sharing information and/or trusting a central party, as it may pose a risk to their competitive advantage.

SOLUTION

Smart Questioning Circularise.png

Smart Questioning

Smart Questioning technology enables stakeholders to ask questions about a product and receive trusted answers, basing answers on data that has never been viewed, accessed or shared with anyone. Our implementation of zero-knowledge changes the risk from losing your competitiveness to an asset: collaborative advantage!

OVERVIEW

Circularise Overview.png

PROTOCOL

The core of the Circularise protocol consists of numerous smart contracts, a collection we call CIRCONTRACTS. This platform allows you to do business without an intermediary by solely using a decentralised application. Anyone can see and verify the inner workings of the contracts, and anyone can propose changes to the core system.

CLIENT

There are many interfaces to interact with the protocol.

CIRDASH: an easy to use interface for professional users to generate carriers, read/write data and use the smart questioning functions.
CIRAPP: a front-end for end-users, providing them with all relevant product information and a touchpoint between consumer and manufacturer.
CIRAPI: An API for easy integration with your existing apps, or to build your own!

CARRIER

To use the Circularise protocol, you can create unique identifiers called CIRLABELS and attach them to materials, parts and products. Carriers range from QR codes to RFID and NFC. You can also use any IOT enabled device, but our only requirement is that there is an offline backup identifier that can be used in case of damage.
