With background in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology, Jordi drives Circularise’s mission by leading strategic partnerships, business operations, and investor management to scale the company globally.

Having held executive roles as CEO and CFO and served in numerous supervisory positions, Birgitte brings 30+ years of global experience in industries such as logistics, fintech, energy, and blockchain.

Marcel, owner of Lubben Management BV, advises startups, growth-stage companies, and investors, serving on multiple boards, including Circularise. With nearly two decades at DSM in leadership roles, he specialises in growth, transformation, and sustainable innovation.

Adil, with 10+ years in corporate finance across Europe, MENA, and APAC, oversees forecasting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance at Circularise.

With a background in Industrial Engineering and Strategic Management, Igor helped scale Circularise from 5 to 50 employees, led marketing and OKRs, and supported fundraising efforts that secured €11M.

Huwaida has 15+ years of experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources including at Marriott Hotels as HR Director and with Toyota & Lexus automotive Group Middle East as Head of Talent Engagement.

Victor, a serial entrepreneur and investor, co-founded ventures in digital strategy, AI, and sustainable protein. As a Partner at 4impact capital, he invests in tech4good startups, supporting their international growth.

Phil is a PhD expert in circular economy and innovation with 15+ years of experience in the industry. He was a co-founder at Circular Strategies and worked as a research engineer for Circular Value Chain at HSSMI.

Pierre has more than 5 years of experience in software development and is responsible for cross functional leadership, defining product strategy and supporting commercial scaling.
