Circularise and certification scheme ISCC launched a pilot project with 10 pioneering companies to test blockchain technology to complement mass balance certification.
Mass Balance chain of custody is a solution that facilitates to gradually replace fossil materials with sustainable alternatives and supports a shift towards a circular economy.
In this project, participants came together to explore Circularise’s blockchain-based digital system with the ISCC PLUS certification in order to make auditing of certified parties more efficient, and to strengthen integrity of certified data.
