Company Description

Circularise is a supply chain traceability platform. We help manufacturers collect, verify, and share sustainability data across complex supply chains — and produce the digital product passports, mass balance reports, and compliance documentation their customers and regulators require.

We were founded in The Hague in 2016. Our customers include large manufacturers in automotive, batteries, chemicals, and plastics. The platform lets companies share what they need to without exposing commercially sensitive information.

The Role

Regulations like the EU Battery Regulation, ESPR, and CSRD are creating significant new requirements for manufacturers. This means customers need someone who can drive delivery, translate complexity into an executable plan, keep internal and external teams aligned, and prevent integrations, testing, and onboarding from turning into chaos.

This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, customer onboarding, and integration support. The person in this seat is expected to be the adult in the room: structured, proactive, technically literate, calm under pressure, and relentless about follow-through. Here is what success looks like in the role:

What You'll Do

Own project delivery from kickoff to go-live

  • Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for customer implementation projects.
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, action lists, and decision logs.
  • Run weekly project meetings and prepare clear executive-level progress updates when needed.
  • Manage scope, timeline, dependencies, and escalation paths so projects do not drift silently.
  • Coordinate launch readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and post go-live follow-up.

Support integrations and technical implementation work

  • Work with customer IT teams and Circularise technical teams to clarify integration scope, data flows, API requirements, and ownership boundaries.
  • Help translate customer processes into implementation requirements, data mappings, configuration needs, and test scenarios.
  • Coordinate integration design, testing, issue triage, and defect resolution across customers, product, engineering, and external partners.
  • Support technical onboarding activities such as CSV imports, data validation, workflow testing, user setup, and environment readiness.
  • Keep a sharp eye on where a project needs true engineering support versus where a strong implementation lead can unblock the work directly.

Lead customer onboarding, testing, and enablement

  • Prepare and run onboarding sessions, project workshops, training sessions, and user guidance throughout the rollout.
  • Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, issue logging, feedback consolidation, and sign-off readiness.
  • Help customers adopt the platform in a way that reflects real operational workflows rather than theoretical process diagrams.
  • Drive accountability with customers so key users, IT owners, and business stakeholders actually do the work required on their side.

Be the connective tissue between commercial promises and delivery reality

  • Ensure what was sold can be translated into a realistic delivery plan with clear assumptions, responsibilities, and trade-offs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering to align priorities and avoid avoidable surprises.
  • Surface risks early when customer requirements, data quality, internal resourcing, or integration complexity threaten delivery.

Improve the way Circularise delivers

  • Turn repeated implementation work into reusable playbooks, templates, checklists, and documentation.
  • Identify recurring friction in onboarding, data migration, testing, or integration support and help improve the underlying process.
  • Contribute to a more scalable implementation model as Circularise grows.

Who We're Looking For

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise onboarding, technical project management, solutions delivery, or integration support.
  • Strong project management instincts: structured planning, clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Technically literate enough to discuss APIs, data mappings, structured files, testing flows, system dependencies, and integration constraints without needing everything translated by engineers.
  • Confident working with both business stakeholders and technical stakeholders, including customer IT teams and internal product or engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software rollouts, UAT, incident triage, go-live planning, and post-launch support.
  • Able to challenge customers and colleagues constructively when requirements are vague, timelines are unrealistic, or ownership is blurred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English. Clear, direct communication matters in this role.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with supply chain software, traceability, sustainability data, digital product passports, or mass balance systems.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, chemicals, materials, automotive, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman, API documentation tools, ticketing systems, spreadsheets for mapping, and implementation documentation.
  • Comfort working in a scale-up environment where process exists, but not everything is neatly packaged yet.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • 30 vacation days
  • Monthly allowance on Alleo (flexible benefits platform)
  • Office in the centre of The Hague

Interview Process

Our interview process is three rounds:

  • Introduction call with HR (30m)
  • Technical-focused assessment with 2 teammates (1h)
  • Culture fit interview with 2 teammates (1h, can either be immediately after the technical stage or on a different day)
